Mindfulness events continue next semester

Dr Avinash from Mindfullybeing has agreed to continue the drop-in sessions and also, subject to funding, he'll be able to offer a mindfulness foundation course as follows. Early booking is advisable, but please make sure you can commit to all the sessions:


1.    Mindfulness sessions with Dr Avinash

a.    Drop-in Tuesdays until 18 December 2012: 12:15-1:15, room 2175

b.    Drop-in Tuesdays from 8 January 2013 to 21 May 2013: 12:15-1:15 room 0050

c.    Intro to Mindfulness (repeat presentation): Wednesday 6 February room 0049 & Monday 18 February room 0048 both 12:15-1:15 pm. 

2.    Self-led meditation/contemplation sessions

a.    Drop-in Thursdays until 20 December: 12:15-1:15 pm room 2168

b.    Drop-in Thursdays 3 January until 9 May 2013, 12:15-1:15 pm room 065

3.    8-week Mindfulness Foundation Courses with Dr Avinash, for staff and students. Please book only if you can commit to the sessions. Please email CAPadmin@qmu.ac.uk:  Booking is essential as places are limited
