Workshop - NVIVO

This one-day workshop will introduce you to the basic functions of NVivo for carrying out qualitative data analysis. NVivo allows you to organise, code, search and analyse text documents (for example, interview and focus group transcripts, diaries and articles) and other multimedia.
By the end of the course you will understand the benefits and limitations of using this type of software and be able to set up your own NVivo project, import your project materials and code your data. Sample data will be provided for use during the course. There will be time in the afternoon session to work with your own data (transcripts, survey data etc.) so please bring along your material if you have it.
Please be aware that this is a full day course and participants need to be available to attend the whole session.
Places for this are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
