Weekly Mindfulness and Contemplation sessions with Dr Avinash

FREE to staff and students of QMU
  • Tuesdays from 2nd October to 30th October, room 3164 from 12:15-13:15
  • Tuesdays from 6th November to 18th December, room 2175 from 12:15-13:15

Some of the potential benefits of mindfulness practices include:

  • improved ability to manage stress, tension and anxiety
  • handling thoughts, moods and emotions more skilfully
  • more insight into emotions
  • enhanced attention and concentration
  • more self-acceptance and improved relationship with others
